We generally aim to pack up and send your order within 48 hours of receipt, this may be a little bit slower at busy times (November, December!). If for any reason stock is not available there may be a short lead time for the delivery of the product and we will email you asap to advise. Rest assured we will always work to get your parcel to you as fast as possible!
It is advisable that somebody should be at the delivery address to receive the goods – think about using a work address or your mums house if you’re not in!
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched the following working day. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
